Our Hydraulic and Pneumatic PLC Control Comprehensive Training Device is self‑developed to match university mechatronics course demands for pneumatic, electric and hydraulic control training. Adopting an open integrated platform structure and built on our proven training‑equipment technology, this trainer has been iteratively optimized after extensive consultations with experts, professors and teachers. It integrates pneumatic control, hydraulic transmission and PLC control, enabling students to compare and study the features, strengths and drawbacks of different control solutions.
Hydraulic parts adopt transparent organic materials for clear observation. Students can learn component structures, performances and applications, as well as master principles and workflows of various basic experimental circuits with fast, easy circuit assembly. Its main electrical control unit includes two independent relay control sets and two separate PLC control sets for simple, practical operation.
