The Hydraulic and Pneumatic Transmission Comprehensive Training Device features a two-in-one design, equipped with two sets of experimental equipment: a pneumatic and PLC training platform, and a hydraulic transmission and PLC training platform. Each set is equipped with independent PLC electrical control equipment.

This single device can independently conduct basic circuit and application experiments for hydraulic and pneumatic control, as well as PLC programming and application control experiments. It is suitable for teaching and training courses such as "Hydraulic Transmission and Control," "Hydraulic and Pneumatic Transmission," and "Pneumatic Technology."

Hydraulic Transmission Technical Parameters and Specifications

This system integrates real hydraulic components, actuator modules, a relay control unit, and PLC programming control technology. The hydraulic components are self-contained modules, each equipped with a base plate with flexible pins. During practical training, various hydraulic system circuits can be assembled on a universal aluminum plate. The motor and pump are connected (integrated) with bearings and then fixed to the oil tank. The oil tank and control panel are housed separately. The system features three-phase leakage protection and a DC power supply with overcurrent protection. The system has a rated pressure of 6.3 MPa and automatically unloads when overpressure occurs.
