Product Introduction

The Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) Debugging Technology Experimental Device is an advanced VFD speed control device developed based on current VFD speed control training equipment. This device provides an advanced operating platform for VFD technology training and assessment. The VFD Debugging Technology Experimental Device uses the widely used Mitsubishi FR-A840-0.75K VFD. The device completes relevant teaching and training for VFD speed control technology courses. In particular, the system provides open-ended training, which can fully cultivate students' practical skills and lay a solid foundation for future employment.

Device Composition

The frequency converter debugging technology experimental device consists of a control panel, training table, frequency converter training components, relay contact training components, digital/analog input/output setpoint indication components, three-phase asynchronous motor, motor guide rail, speed measuring mechanism, etc.

(I) Control Panel (Iron Double-Layer Matte Textured Powder Coating Structure)

  1. AC Power Control Unit:
  2. 380V AC power supply U, V, W input fuses (RT28-32 3P fuses) supply power to the device via an air switch. Three LED digital voltmeters are used to observe the three-phase line voltage and monitor the mains voltage. An illuminated fuse is provided for protection. The power supply to the control panel is controlled by a key switch and a start/stop switch.

    One set each of three-phase four-wire 380V and single-phase 220V power supplies are provided, with output controlled by a start/stop switch and fuse protection. One three-phase four-wire output socket and one 220V mains socket are provided for instrument use.

  3. DC Power Supply, DC Voltage/Ammeter, Logic Output and Indicators, etc.:
    1. DC Voltage: 0-10V adjustable output; DC Current: 4-20mA; DC digital voltage/ammeter; voltage range 0-200V, input impedance 10MΩ; ammeter range 0-200 mA, accuracy 0.5 class; also equipped with jog, self-locking buttons, logic switches, and 1K potentiometers.
    2. Provides one 5A/24V DC switching regulated power supply.
    3. Provides one 0-15V DC adjustable power supply.
  4. Relay Contact Training Components:
  5. Provides 3 AC contactors and 1 time relay. All terminals of the above devices are led to the panel, allowing operators to freely wire the circuits, highlighting the training characteristics.

  6. Inverter Training Module:
  7. The inverter debugging technology experimental device uses a Mitsubishi FR-A840-0.75K high-performance inverter, three-phase 380V AC power supply, built-in EMC filter, and output power of 0.75KW. Integrated RS485 communication interface, with working modes such as V/F control, sensorless vector speed/torque control, and closed-loop high-precision torque/speed/position control; integrated 12 digital inputs/9 digital outputs, 3 analog inputs/2 analog outputs; equipped with protection functions such as input phase loss, insufficient voltage, overvoltage short circuit, instantaneous power outage, wire breakage detection, position error, and stall prevention.

    All terminals of the frequency converter have been led to the panel, the system is completely open, and the operator can build different frequency conversion speed control systems, design wiring, and route the line to realize the control function, which can also improve the operator's hands-on ability.

(II) Three-phase squirrel cage asynchronous motor: AC 380V/△

The training table is made of iron double-layer matte textured powder coating structure, and the desktop is made of fireproof, waterproof, and wear-resistant high-density board; there are two large drawers (with locks) on the left and right sides for placing tools and materials. The computer table is integrated with the design and has a beautiful and generous appearance.

(V) Each experimental platform is equipped with one main unit module and multiple experimental modules.
