Basic Configuration and Functions:
This device consists of a training platform, control panel, training modules, training kits, and training tools. It mainly includes two sets of low-voltage AC power supplies, a DC adjustable regulated power supply, a DC regulated power supply, and various testing instruments, allowing two people to simultaneously complete different training tasks.
(1) Training Platform
The control panel features a two-tiered structure with an industrial aluminum alloy frame. The first tier can accommodate external instruments such as oscilloscopes and function generators, as well as hang other general electrical and electronic training boxes, expanding the scope for training multiple courses. The second tier can hold PVC panels for storing training drawings, facilitating user setup and debugging of training projects. A 30W fluorescent lamp is installed at the top , and four casters are provided underneath for easy movement and securing.
★ The training table must be fitted with a protective baffle integrated into the tabletop. The baffle must be composed of high-strength aluminum alloy molded internally and an injection-molded PVC outer shell. The baffle must prevent experimental supplies from slipping, be dustproof, and corrosion-resistant to ensure experimental safety and equipment protection. The baffle should be easy to disassemble and install, facilitating daily maintenance and cleaning.
(2) Power control panel
The control panel is a double-layered matte textured powder-coated iron structure with a steel panel that has been machined and formed. The outer surface is coated with colored epoxy resin , and the text and symbols are processed using modern color inkjet printing technology. The panel markings are clear and durable , and it provides AC/DC power, signal sources, and measuring instruments for practical training .
( 1 ) The device is powered by a single-phase power supply and is equipped with an air switch with leakage protection and a fuse to ensure safe use.
( 2 ) DC adjustable regulated power supply
It offers continuously adjustable voltage from 0.0 to 24V and current from 0 to 2A, starting from 0V. The output voltage and current values can be smoothly adjusted by turning the multi-turn potentiometer knob for "Output Adjustment". It features short-circuit soft-cutoff protection and automatic recovery function. The output has a 3.5-digit digital display voltmeter and ammeter indicating the current output voltage and current values.
( 3 ) DC regulated power supply
Provides a fixed ±5V or ±12V DC regulated power supply; with short-circuit protection function.
( 4 ) Low-voltage AC power supply
It provides 3-24V low-voltage AC power output, with seven adjustable levels: 3V, 6V, 9V, 12V, 15V, 20V, and 24V. The output terminal has short-circuit protection.
(5) DC digital instruments
Provide one precision digital voltmeter (DC 30V) and one precision digital ammeter (DC 2000mA).
(6) 8-way single-phase power socket
It provides 8 single-phase power sockets for convenient use when expanding equipment and instruments.
(7) Practical Training Module
It offers over 100 training modules, including resistors, capacitors, potentiometers, inductors, pulse transformers, Zener diodes, bidirectional Zener diodes, rectifier diodes, MOSFETs, unidirectional thyristors, bidirectional thyristors, IGBTs, reset push-button switches, toggle switches, incandescent lamps, fuses, common cathode digital tubes, integrated Zener diodes, acoustic sensors, speakers, buzzers, gas sensors, component sockets, music chips, copper resistance thermometers, operational amplifier circuits, relay driver circuits, unijunction transistor trigger circuits, power amplifier integrated circuits, DC-DC integrated converters, single-transistor amplifier circuits, motor speed measurement, ten-digit logic level output, single pulse source, coded switch circuit, DIP switch, CP clock pulse source, ten-digit logic level display, common cathode digital tube driver circuit, traffic light circuit, and more .
The training module consists of a transparent component box and a PCB board, featuring openness and innovation. The component box is injection molded from transparent organic engineering plastic, providing a teaching function. Users can observe the shape of the components and the wiring method, which is beneficial for teachers to explain and students to understand. The panel is made of PCB, with a clean surface, clear symbols and circuits, wear resistance, and easy component replacement. The component circuit symbols marked on the panel adopt the latest national standards, featuring a compact overall structure, beautiful appearance, simple installation, and convenient use and storage.
