Product Overview

All transparent hydraulic components on this experimental platform are manufactured from imported transparent acrylic glass using modern processing technology. This allows for clear and intuitive observation of internal structures and working processes within hydraulic components and transmission circuits.

The system enables teaching of hydraulic component structures, working principles, and performance characteristics. It supports experimental demonstrations of common basic circuits and can be utilized for course design and graduation projects involving hydraulic systems.

Constructed with 70*70mm special aluminum profile featuring elegant surface oxidation. The steel tabletop includes reserved oil drainage grooves for durability and easy cleaning. Includes extra-large aluminum "T" shaped panel for dual student experimentation.

Valve Body Material

Made from imported Japanese Asahi Kasei optical-grade PMMA acrylic glass with 93% light transmittance. Temperature resistant from -30°C to +70°C with SGS/ROHS environmental certification. Maintains clarity without yellowing, cracking, or deformation for 10-20 years.

Solenoid Valve Design

Features unique heat dissipation module that maintains valve body temperature below 60°C, preventing material degradation and leakage issues associated with prolonged solenoid operation.

Connection System

Utilizes closed-type leak-proof quick-connect couplings (JB/ZQ4434-86 standard) with 5000PSI pressure range. Nitrile rubber seals provide excellent performance from -20℃ to +120℃ for clean, efficient circuit assembly.

Each hydraulic component is an independent module with base plate for easy installation on "T"-shaped aluminum alloy profile plates, enabling quick and simple experimental circuit construction.

Maximum pressure tolerance of 1.2 MPa with rated working pressure of 0.8 MPa. Includes leakage protection (30mA ground fault cutoff) and phase loss protection. All control circuits operate at safe 24V DC voltage.
