Intermediate Electrical Engineering Training and Assessment Device

This device mainly consists of a training table, a main unit, an external instrument power supply box, a training hanging box, a perforated board, and training components. Students arrange the components rationally according to the training circuit; installation and wiring are all completed by the students themselves, closely resembling an industrial field. It enables simulated operation of basic electrical circuits, motor control circuits, and lighting power distribution. With additional training equipment, it can complete comprehensive training in PLC programmable circuits and electronic technology application circuits . Through a series of project- based training, students' hands-on abilities and practical skills are cultivated. The training projects can be determined by the students themselves, and appropriate components are selected based on the chosen projects. This device can also be used as an assessment tool for electricians.

5. The 380V AC output is equipped with a single-chip microcomputer-controlled overcurrent protection device. If a phase-to-phase or line-to-line direct short circuit or overload current exceeds the set value, the system will cut off the main power supply to ensure the safety of the equipment.

1. Control and AC power supply section

   It provides a fixed three-phase 380V AC power supply, with phase-to-phase, line-to-line, and direct short circuits or overloads automatically monitored and protected by a microcontroller. The power supply to the training platform is controlled by start and stop buttons after the current-type and voltage-type leakage circuit breakers are activated. It also features alarm and reset functions.

2. DC power supply section
   1. Provides dual-channel 0-30V continuously adjustable DC output 2A regulated power supply, built-in relay for automatic range switching, multi-turn potentiometer for continuous adjustment, and is easy to use. It has digital ammeter and voltmeter indication.
   2. Low-voltage DC regulated power supply: +5V, ±12V, +24V, with short-circuit protection function.
   3. Constant current source: One-channel 0-500mA continuously adjustable constant current source, with three levels: 2mA, 20mA and 500mA. It is equipped with a digital DC milliammeter to indicate the output current and has output open circuit and short circuit protection functions.
