Our company's Pneumatic PLC Control Comprehensive Training Device was developed based on the requirements of university mechatronics syllabi for pneumatic, electrical, and hydraulic control, taking advantage of the strengths of our hydraulic and pneumatic PLC control training equipment. This device utilizes an open, integrated experimental platform structure, extensively soliciting input from experts, professors, and teachers, and through continuous innovation and improvement. Ø Training Bench Composition and Main features
(1) Experimental bench:
1) The experimental workbench is made of high-quality steel as the main frame and high-quality iron sheet, all of which are rust-proof and matte spray-coated;
2) The three-drawer component cabinet is all lockable;
3) The industrial aluminum alloy "T" groove plate can be easily and arbitrarily installed with pneumatic components, sensors, etc.
(2) Pneumatic components:
1) All pneumatic components are mainly industrial components with transparent components as auxiliary components, which are practical, safe and reliable;
2) Pneumatic components cover pneumatic actuators, solenoid reversing valves, air-controlled reversing valves, flow valves, pressure valves, logic valves and other pneumatic components (for specific configurations, see the "Component Detailed Configuration List");
3) Pneumatic components are all equipped with engineering plastic transition base plates, which can be easily and arbitrarily placed on the experimental panel (the panel is made of aluminum alloy profile structure with "T" groove);
4) Each pneumatic component is installed with a pneumatic quick-change connector, which makes circuit disconnection and connection convenient and fast.

1) Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) Module: PLC uses Mitsubishi FX1S-20MR host, which has 12-point switch input and 8-point switch output; 2) Relay output form, power supply voltage: AC 220V/50Hz, control voltage DC24V;
3) Relay control unit: 2 groups of relay control, control voltage: DC24V;
4) DC power supply: DC24V; (DC power supply has short circuit protection and overload protection, short circuit and overload will automatically cut off, restart to restore normal use)
5) Electrical control The electrical circuit is equipped with short circuit protection, overload protection and other functions, and all electrical components used are in compliance with national safety standards.
