Product Introduction:

This device mainly consists of a training table, training modules, and training components. Students select appropriate components based on the training circuit, and all wiring is completed by the students themselves, closely resembling an industrial setting. It enables comprehensive practical training in the simulation, installation, and debugging of machine tool circuits, motor control circuits, and lighting power distribution, thus improving students' hands-on skills and practical abilities. Students can determine their own training projects and select corresponding components accordingly. This device can also be used for electrician qualification examinations.

Product Features:
  • All electrical control circuit components are mounted on the module and connected to terminals via safety sockets. Only pluggable safety wires are needed to connect the experiments. To reduce component damage and ensure student safety, the design principle is to use non-interlocking safety sockets for high and low voltage, making operation convenient, replacement easy, and allowing for easy expansion of functions or development of new training projects.
  • The operating console only requires a three-phase four-wire AC power supply to be put into use. It occupies a small area, saves on training room space, reduces infrastructure investment, and has significant economic benefits.

Equipment Composition Requirements:

This training platform consists of three main parts: training pendants, training table, and training locker.

  1. The training table is supported by four industrial aluminum profile columns. Adjustable feet can be installed at the ends of the columns for easy height adjustment. The main structure is connected by two C-shaped aluminum die-formed components on the left and right sides. The tabletop height is approximately 750mm. A support frame is provided under the tabletop, with a cross-sectional dimension of 40 * 20mm and a load-bearing capacity of no less than 300kg. The columns are made of industrial aluminum profiles using a forming process, with a surface anodizing treatment. The cross-sectional dimension is 70*70mm, with grooves on all four sides, each groove being approximately 8mm wide. Plastic plugs are fitted at the ends, and universal nuts and accessories for industrial aluminum profiles are used in the grooves. The C-shaped aluminum die-formed components are symmetrical on the left and right, formed using a die-casting process, and then machined, shot-blasted, sandblasted, and finished with an orange-red electrostatic powder coating.
  2. The tabletop of the training table is made of 25mm high-density laminate with a light gray finish, which effectively improves the insulation level; the bottom of the experimental table is equipped with at least 4 guide wheels to facilitate the movement of the training table.
  3. The training locker is made of cold-stamped sheet metal with rounded edges and a closed structure. The surface is electrostatically sprayed. The external dimensions are approximately 450mm wide x 550mm deep x 705mm high, and the total weight is ≥31kg. The four sides of the cabinet are rounded with an R=30mm radius, and the total thickness of the cabinet frame is ≤2.5mm. It is equipped with heavy-duty buckle three-section rails with a rail load capacity of ≥30kg. The drawer handles use a snap-fit sheet metal with rounded edges. The drawers use an integrated lock design and are equipped with four universal casters with brakes at the bottom.
