Product Introduction

The modular flexible automated production line training system is a typical mechatronics and automation product. Developed for vocational schools and educational institutions, it is suitable for teaching and training in mechanical manufacturing and automation, mechatronics, electrical engineering and automation, control engineering, measurement and control technology, computer control, automatic control, and related majors . Based on a close resemblance to industrial production sites, it is specifically designed for practical training, enhancing various control and engineering skills.

The system consists of six stations: a material loading and inspection station, a handling station, a processing station, a handling and installation station, an installation station, and a sorting station. The control system can use Siemens or Mitsubishi PLCs for control, which has good flexibility. Each station has its own independent PLC control system. After individual training is completed, two, three, ... up to six adjacent stations can be connected together to learn the design, installation, programming, debugging, and operation of complex systems.

The system incorporates various control technologies from the mechatronics major, including pneumatics, motor drive and control, PLC , and sensors. It is suitable for engineering practice and course design for students in related majors, as well as for training engineering technicians who are just starting out in their positions.

Product Features

  1. The unique structural design combines fixed modules (load, AC/DC power supply, and heavy modules are fixed) and hanging-box modules, which not only reduces the workload of teachers in preparing for experiments but also facilitates the expansion of the experimental platform's functions. (Currently, most modules on the market use hanging-box modules, requiring the replacement of multiple experimental boxes each time an experiment is changed, significantly increasing the workload for teachers.)
  2. This experimental platform, while completing traditional experimental projects, emphasizes the research of modern power electronic devices and modern control theories. The entire modern power electronics and electrical drive experiment is divided into three main parts: device research, circuit research, and system research.
  3. The circuit mainly consists of Buck-Boost circuits, switching power supplies, and single-phase AC voltage regulation circuits.
  4. By completing the above experiments, students will gain a deep understanding of the applications of various devices in different situations, become proficient in various popular circuits, and eventually be able to independently design various circuits or even systems.
  5. The experimental setup is equipped with comprehensive personal and equipment safety protection functions. The AC power output of the equipment is designed with overcurrent protection, and high-voltage protection circuits are installed at each trigger pulse observation port. Power devices are equipped with safety protection circuits. To prevent high-voltage signals from being introduced into low-voltage circuits, three types of experimental wires are used to ensure that students do not connect the high-voltage and low-voltage wires incorrectly, which could damage the low-voltage circuit.
